Building surveying

Quantity Surveying

Full construction cost consultancy services including preliminary cost advice, approximate estimates, cost planning of design and alternatives, advice on tendering procedures and contractual arrangements, preparation of tender documents, selection of contractors and obtaining tenders, negotiation of contracts, valuation of work in progress, cost management, evaluation of contractor's claims and agreeing variations with the contractor and settlement of the final account under all forms of contact.


A valuation service is offered for all types of properties. This includes valuations for mortgage, purchase, sale or letting, investment, fire and other insurances, taxation, probate and compulsory purchase.

Land Surveying

A full topographical, hydrographic, cadestral, and plane surveying service is offered utilising a Topcon 700 Total Station theodolite.
